The facility is equipped with the latest instructional technology and our athletes can review their skills by using the recordings and analytics from our video analysis equipment.

What are the normal business hours?
We are open every day, but hours are variable for walk in workouts. Prolific Members are provided 24/7 access to work out.
“Typical” hours listed below. Please reach out to check availability
Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sundays: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Can facilities be rented?
Yes! Please take a look at our scheduling page for more information.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
You can bring your own equipment or use ours. We have screens in every cage, tees, and plenty of balls. We do not have bats and helmets for use, so you need to bring yours. Please inquire today with any questions.
